Recognised and honoured for their accomplishments The Enterprise 50 Award was received by Ms. Susan Teo, Chief Operating Officer of RMA Contracts
Some organizations seek to make a difference in the society or address social issues through organized initiatives. Through commercial enterprises with a focus on leadership, innovation and sustainability, business owners have contributed to the socio-economic development leading to the benefit of the nation. Having made significant contributions to Singapore’s economic growth, RMA Contracts, a leading professional Business Process Outsourcing partner is honoured to be recognized among the top 50 private and locally owned Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the recent Enterprise 50 Awards 2019 (E50 Awards).
Jointly organised by KPMG Singapore and The Business Times and sponsored by OCBC Bank, The Enterprise 50 Awards recognizes the 50 most enterprising companies that have made significant contributions to the economic development of Singapore.
Quoting from an interview, Mr. David Ngoh, CEO of RMA Contracts elaborates that: “The award is both a great honour as well as a testimony to RMA’s vision of sustainable growth through meaningful engagement with the community, our clients, employees as well as our partners and shareholders.” He further pledges to enhance RMA’s strength and to make an entrance into the regional markets, as well as to expand RMA’s vision of sustainable growth to include best practices for an environmentally sustainable society.
Ensuring Sustainable Growth
During the E50 Awards gala dinner, the Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) and Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat gave an encouraging speech that highlights the vast opportunities that Singapore could build on in spite of the global slowdown with technology in particular. He also added that as companies innovate with technology, Singapore could work to harness new opportunities overseas, particularly in Asia and the Southeast Asian region.
Therefore, in addition to DPM’s call for Singapore companies to invest in new prospects, RMA takes a step further by converging on sustainable economic growth in both local and regional expansions through new marketing and revenue streams in new sectors. This move is achieved by RMA’s recently secured strategic partnerships across Asia and the Pacific and by venturing new opportunities globally by acquisitions of the soon to be offices in Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.
RMA strongly believes in incorporating best business practices that are resilient and sustainable, continuing to implement forward-thinking leadership strategies for human resource management and socially responsible business ethics.
